I've been a Virgin customer for 24 hours and it has been a bit of a disaster.
I used skygo a lot but the virgin tv anywhere does not work
We have been without a telephone line for 24 hours and counting and when I called I was told that it would take 2 weeks to obtain an engineer ! By the way, the helpful virgin diagnostic tells me the telephone is working fine - only problem is that I do not have a telephone line.
Is there anyone in Virgin who actually looks after their customers ?
