no telephone

I've been a Virgin customer for 24 hours and it has been a bit of a disaster.

I used skygo a lot but the virgin tv anywhere does not work

We have been without a telephone line for 24 hours and counting and when I called I was told that it would take 2 weeks to obtain an engineer !  By the way, the helpful virgin diagnostic tells me the telephone is working fine - only problem is that I do not have a telephone line.

Is there anyone in Virgin who actually looks after their customers ?

I've located your account and I've spoken with our second line team in regards to this.


They've advised that they're working to get this resolved for you and you should receive a call soon to confirm when the landline is working.


Please ensure that your handset is connected to the Virgin Media socket to allow the call to connect.


Could you also send me an alternative number for us to reach you on as a worst case scenario via private mail if possible?
