Hello, when I check on the service availability it says that the service isn't available at my property. I have a service tee right outside my house (as does every single house on the road) with a straight lead up my garden to my house. A couple of my neighbours have Virgin already, and if I try the service availability on any other house on my road it says its available!
I initially reached out to the sales department for assistance, but unfortunately, I haven't made much progress. Therefore, I'm hoping someone could provide me with some advice or suggest an alternative approach to move forward with resolving this issue. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

There could be a number of reasons why one property could receive service and not another. It’s very difficult to say without understanding it a little more so I would like to take a look at this for you and see what I can do to help.
