Superhub 3.0 regularly dropping network

The hub seems to keep dropping its connection.  I have a british gas smart meter and a sony playstation 4 that I am having issues with that confirm the connection drop.  While my son plays online, intermittently he goes offline.  Also, the smart hub shows the message lost network.  Speeds vary from 4mps to 40mps.   Before I have to go through the usual rigmarole over the phone, maybe someone can help here....Thank you.

Thanks for getting in touch to let us know that your Hub 3.0 regularly drops connection, I apologise for any troubles incurred.

I've tested things from here and I noticed that all of your downstream power levels are too low and an engineer will be required to attend and resolve this for you.
