Service suspended


I got kit for quick set up by myself.

I've been trying to set up everything over 3 hours. No chance for internet, tv or even phone. After a while, I've checkedstatus in my account and says my service has been suspended.

I just joined Virgin and dont know why it has been suspended when even there is money enough to pay my first bill and installation fee.

Tv engineer needs to come tomorrow to street to sort out something but dont know why they did not do it before when I am already billing.
