I’m trying to contact Virgin Media so I can send in the documents that they’ve requested.

If that email address has been issued by a VM tech, what makes you think it's not the right address?

I'd suggest emailing it and seeing what becomes.

Today, I had the engineer come to install the kit, but when I called, they told me that the appointment was put on pause bc I don't have the ID and proof of address. They told me to send it to fraudpreventionteam@virginmedia.co.uk

But I don't know if its the right email to send it soo I can get the WiFi.
