Needing to reset Superhub 2 at least once a day


For over 6 months now my wireless connections simply stop working. We need to then turn it off & on to get it going again. It happens once or twice a day but sometimes more. Occasionally it's only 1 band that fails but usually both. Anything that's wired in is fine.

Had similar problems before and the Hub was replaced but doesn't seem to have really changed much. I've got so used to resetting it, it's just part of our day now but the kids are getting kicked out of games online.

Any help would be much appreciated

Thanks for the post! I am sorry to hear about your issues with having to reset your Super Hub 2 at least once a day, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have run some checks from here and I can see that there's a lot of time outs inside the Hubs logs and an engineer will need to attend in order to resolve this for you.
