Need help with broadband!

Rang virgin on 28th Nov to move .. move day came and they didn't do it!!! no one did the move?! So had to go without service for 4 days waiting for activation.. activation day rang no broadband working but moved for a hour when I moved in.. constantly ringing to be told I have to wait 9 days for a engineer! They say they sent the signal but no have to wait for someone to come out and my tv is working any ideas please? Kids are going made without internet and I can't afford to keep topping phones up! 😢

Thanks for the post! I am sorry to hear about your issues with your broadband not working, I apologise for any troubles incurred.

I have tested your connection from here and I can see that both of your upstream power levels are too high and will require an engineers attention in order to resolve this.

I will send you a PM (purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required to proceed with making the booking, please respond to me there and I'll get this all booked and secured for you.
