Internet connection

Having real bad connection issues on my WiFi. Connection keeps dropping off, and even when connected everything is really slow.

I've done the online test thing, and it's saying everything is fine.

Any expert advice would be great

Hi Mattdavies83, 

Thanks for letting us know that you're having some troubles with your WiFi connection dropping off. I offer my apologies for any troubles incurred.

I have run some checks from here and everything looks great! No errors or time outs inside the Hubs logs and all of your power levels are within the preferred ranges.

Are you still having these issues? If so, when the connection drops what does the Hubs light sequence indicate?

Have you tried changing the wireless channels to see if that helps?

Also, please include a recent copy of your Hubs logs in your response for me to compare with the information that we have here. You can find these by opening your internet browser and typing 192.168.0.1 into the address bar, before logging in it will say 'Router Status' click there and all the information needed is inside.
