Important maintenance work letter ?

Today VM sent me a letter saying that they are making important improvement work in my area and that it would make the service more reliable fast ..... ( on 24th November 2016 )

I would first say it's good customer service to give me notice to work as in the past we never got any type of notice and would only get to know when we phone because service had stopped.

So VM keep this up ....

Giving us a phone number if our TV Boxes and Hubs do not boot up OK after the works are finished at 5pm.

I would like to know if this update work is for the New V6 boxes that are due very soon and that testing new broadband speeds need better systems so VM needs to update a cable network that was put into the ground back in 1980's. ???

And can I place an order for the new box after that date ?

Thanks for your post and it's great to see such positive feedback regarding our information letters being sent out. 

 

With regards to the work being carried out, it will be to ensure the cables in your area are ready for high speeds and possibly add more capacity too.
