I have placed an order and had no confirmation of my purchase

A week ago I placed an order for Gig1 fibre and received an email for the order summary and the precontract documents. The order was set so that the delivery was due yesterday for when I moved into my new property. But it never arrived. Then I realised that I hadn't received any further emails, such as the delivery confirmation or the contract. After trying to resolve this to no progress I placed a new order for the same product, but I am in the same position again, with no follow up emails.
