Can't get broadband working.

Yesterday I received my quickstart kit.
I followed all the instructions but I can't get the hub to connect.

The base light is on (white).
The WiFi light is on. (Green).
And the Internet light is flashing green.

I'm pretty sure the flashing Internet light should go out after its connected but after many resets yesterday and leaving it on all night nothing is happening.

It's all plugged in ok. I phoned the number to activate it and I know this address had virgin Internet working just a couple weeks ago.

Any help or ideas would be great.
