Beyond belief?

I don't want to bore others with my tale of woe with the incompetence at Virgin, but after a week without internet, a three hour fix followed by failure followed by a promise of a new hub this morning followed by the cancellation of that delivery because some genius atVirgin decided that it was unnecessary I am now told that they will try and get a new hub to me next week. NEXT WEEK. in a world of same day deliveries how can Virgin justify treating its customers with such disdain? Plus they then want to send a technician several days later to connect the hub.
I can't believe this level of "service" but maybe my expectations are unrealistic. I bet that a board member of Virgin Mefia would have a new hub delivered the day it was needed.
