After cancelling....

After cancelling ( out of contract) can anyone tell me when someone else at the same address can take a contract as a new customer (different name and bank account) ?

I get a different answer depending on who I've spoken with @virgincustomer services.


I've just cancelled my full tv/sports/phone broadband package as I'm out of contract and when I called to see what I could be offered, there was no interest in assisting me. So we'd be better off coming back as a new customer or going back to sky.

For the same name at the same address it would be after 6 months.  For a new customer (ie a different name) I believe it would be straight away if they haven't had services themselves with Virgin Media before.
