I received my new TiVo box with set up instructions today - I've followed every step as instructed and in the correct order, but now it's going to start up am getting a 7001 connection error message. I've unplugged and replugged and tightened everything, but keep getting the same error.
I called the number as instructed and all they could tell me was they couldn't connect to my box so would send an engineer out in 8 days. I think that's shocking! I'm so angry, I've already had a day off to collect it today and set it up myself, and I'm being asked to do the same thing but in over a weeks time!
