Power to my super hub has died. I've done all the obvious,eg plugged it in somewhere else, turned it off/on, and the power button, but nothing. Don't have another adapter that fits to test it, and itsa moulded transformer, so can't change a fuse.
Been on phone for 25 minutes to some idiot who keeps asking me to do loads of tests which I can't do because THERE IS NO POWER!!
I'm sure it just needs a new power supply!!! HELP!!

My apologies that there is no power to the Super Hub.
In regards to this issue. I would prefer to send you a engineer to check this over. The reason being, if I send a power supply and there is still an issue you could be waiting longer to get this resolved whereas if I book an engineer he can check everything and get you back online. I've sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) requesting some details.
