Worcester Wave thermostat will not connect to Hub 3

Having an issue with my worcester wave smart thermostat, it sees the network, but it keeps failing to connect. I have tried:
•Setting to 20/40mhz
•Turning off the 5ghz network
•Turning security to wpa-psk from wpa2-psk
•disabling security and having the network open

Seems to only be the router as i can connect to my phone as a personal hotspot with wpa2-psk security and the same password

Any assistance would be appreciated

Thanks for posting and a warm welcome to the community.

 

Sorry to read that your Worcester Wave thermostat is having issues with connecting to the network.

 

I appreciate the checks you have completed so far, however the device is still unable to connect. If you have renamed the wireless networks, it maybe worth trying to rename them both different from each other including the password. As this will make is easier for the devices to connect too.

 

Have you tried changing the wireless channel to see if that will help?
