Wifi is ALWAYS disconnecting

Hello,

I am very frustrated. Over the past year with VM I've always had problems but the past week has been maddening. My wifi has been constantly disconnecting every 5 seconds, reconnects then disconnects again. I've reset my router, I've checked my cables and I've even taken the suggestion from Virgin of trying to set my channel so it's not always changing.

I do not pay the amount of money I do on my broadband to not even be able to use it.

Does anyone have any kind of idea what's wrong or what my options are?

Thanks for the post! I am sorry to hear that your WiFi keeps disconnecting, I apologise for any inconvenience.

I have tested things from here and I can see that your Hubs logs have a large number of T3 time outs inside, I would need to get this investigated further for you by one of our engineers.

I will send you a PM (purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required in order to proceed with making the booking, please respond to me there and I'll get this sorted for you.
