Wifi hub

My hub keeps dropping out and no body can connect to it, all lights remain blue? Also another issue is when we enter the password on mobiles, iPads etc it says incorrect password. Getting really fed up now really thinking of cancelling! Can anybody help?

Thanks for getting in touch, I am sorry to hear that your hub keeps dropping out and nobody can connect, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have run some checks on your connection and I couldn't see anything out of the ordinary, no errors or time outs inside the Hubs logs and all of the power levels are within the preferred ranges.

Are you still having these issues? If so, have you tried changing the wireless channels?

Also, here's some useful information on getting the best out of your wireless network, I hope this helps.
