My wifi connection is constantly dropping off every few minutes for about 5 seconds at a time. Really annoying! I have a superhub 2ac and have seen my connection log and it shows a lot of errors. Can someone at Virgin help? I tried emailing Adam, one of the Virgin commentors who helped on other threads as well as posting on other open threads but no response, so I thought I would start my own thread! Otherwise, it is definitely not worth staying with Virgin as other providers seem to provide cheaper and more reliable service.
