I'm on my second hub from virgin media, the superhub 3.0, and it's been flashing green all day and i've had no internet all day. I've unplugged it and reset it several times.
I've tried being patient but I'm losing that very quickly. I'm very **bleep** off.
How does this get fixed?
Thanks for letting us know that you have no internet and the light on your Hub is flashing green, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
I have tested things from here and I can see a number of time outs inside the Hubs logs, I would like to arrange for an engineer to attend and investigate things further for you.
