Tivo Broadband dropping out .(

I am seriously fed up with paying over £100 every month for supposedly super speed internet. For the last two weeks i would suggest it has been more like dial up speed, or drops in and out erratically. Why are the service charges so high for such a rubbish service?? I have tried the whole restart your modem, probably 4 or 5 times a day and there are no known broadband issues in my area. I have also run a test almost every day and there are no faults found. So frustrated right now. I wouldn't mind, but there are only 2 of us using the internet here!!!!!!

Please help, before i have to change provider............

Thanks for getting in touch! I am sorry to hear about your broadband dropping out, I apologise for any inconvenience.

I have tested the connection from here for you and I can see that there was some issues on your area cable around the time you posted, this seems to have cleared up now.
