Time to repair is poor

Hi guys, I live in E4 7PF area 22 and the whole street has no virgin broadband since 21st Dec. Every day virgin says time to fix..tomorrow. Network maintenance team will look at it. We are all pretty mad as we feel it won't actually be looked at until early Jan and probably no one even looking at it - ruining Xmas TV for all
of us. Having worked in telecoms I can't believe it takes more than a day to splice a new street fibre, or replace a node line card etc etc. It's really bad service. Any way one of you clever people can actually see the fault or what is supposed to be broken? Even if everyone cancels Virgin in jan to move to BT, it would have ruined Xmas for us now Smiley Sad
