SuperHub 2 - Drops Connection (wireless / ethernet) / ethernet ports stop working

Hello,

My superhub 2 keeps dropping my internet connection on both wireless / Ethernet. With the PC reporting that there is a connection, but no internet access. The Ethernet ports also stop working as per the topic here: http://community.virginmedia.com/t5/QuickStart-set-up-and/Superhub-Ethernet-Ports-Not-Working/td-p/1...

Troubleshooting I've tried:

-I've reset the modem (using the pin hole) numerous times

-I've cycled power to it a number of times

-I've tried multiple ethernet cables

-I've tried the loopback test

-I've tried connecting multiple PC / Laptops via wired / wireless

-I've tried with various O/S (Win 7, Android & Windows 10)

-I've applied the latest Windows 10 patch, which fixes the known networking issue(s)

-I've checked DHCP is enabled (I've also tried assigning static IP's to devices; which makes no difference) 

-I've checked that Its NOT in modem mode

Can someone from VM help please?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Superhub 2.

 

Thanks fro detailing all the checks you've done, that's great! I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and all the levels are looking great the moment. It seems as though there's an issue with the Superhub 2 itself.
