Super hub router

Hi, has anyone had any problems with the superhub? I've had mine for a bout 5 years now and the last 12 have been a nightmare. The wife is constantly dropping or a weak signal. I can't get signal in the next the next room. I've contacted virgin about 6 months ago who changed the channel on the router. This made no difference. Anyone any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.


I'm sorry to read you are experiencing issues with your broadband connection.


Looking at your connection, the line and hub have come back as fine.


I appreciate that the channel was changed a few months ago, have you tried changing them since then? 


Do you have any issues with devices connected through wired?


Does this happen on all devices?
