Super Hub2 Wifi Problems Network Listed But Can't Connect

Can someone assist.

For the last few days when I have turned on pc and other devices, I have been unable to connect to my wifi network 2g or 5g. The network appears in the wifi list but when I click on it it keeps on asking me for password.

When I type in the correct password the enter password box keeps reappearing.


The only way I have found to resolve is unplug the Superhub and restart and then all works fine.

Thanks for letting us know about your wireless troubles, I apologise for any inconvenience caused I will do my best to get this sorted for you.

I have tested things from here and I couldn't see anything out of the ordinary, no errors or time outs inside the Hubs logs and all of your power levels are within the preferred ranges.

Are you still having these problems? If so, when the wireless doesn't connect is there any noticeable change to the Hubs light sequence?

Have you tried changing the Hubs wireless channels to see if that helps improve performance?

Also, if that doesn't work you can try a factory reset of the Hub.
