I am experiencing drop off of the 2.4 Ghz WiFi following an unrequited upgrade to 150Mbps. I see from the forum that this is a known issue with the Super Hub 2 and I need an urgent solution as I cannot achieve a stable connection with my laptop which is only compatible with 2.4 Ghz.
I tried technical support last week but of course this has not fixed the problem which relates to the router.
Please can someone from VM respond with a solution that isn't going to cost me anything. Do I need the SH3? I would even considerer reverting to previous speed rating if this meant a stable connection.
