Set up: Virgin Mega Hub 3 (Modem Mode) connected to Apple Airport extreme use wireless and wired connections. (Working for the past year)
On Monday 30th January 2017 my broadband stopped working. I phoned Virgin who had me unplugging this and that restarting this and that for about 1 hour.
I can get a connection if i only use the virgin hub but as soon as i plug it into the airport nothing.
I've been told by Virgin its my airport that's broken (it isn't ive had it tested). Im getting a DNS error.

Sorry to read that your Apple Airport Extreme is not working whilst using the Hub in modem mode.
Does the Airport work if the Hub is in router mode?
If you log into the router settings does it assign the Airport an IP address?
Has any settings changed within the device in regards to the DHCP?
