Had this for a while now. Please see twitter conversation at https://virginmedia.response.lithium.com/portal/conversation/10060415
Basically, whenever I use the virgin DNS above, twitter.com does not resolve properly and I cannot use twitter apps on phones, tablets, or computers.
Virgin DNS resolves a request to "twitter.com" as "126.96.36.199 know-sspiprxy-vip.network.virginmedia.net"
And I get the message "cannot make a secure connection to the server" when attempting to access twitter.com via a browser.
If I change to use another DNS such as Google's 188.8.131.52, then everything works correctly and twitter.com is resolved correctly.
Any clues anybody? This is driving me bonkers.
I run in modem-only mode, and use an Asus RT-AC88U. All hardware has been restarted but the results are always the same.
