Packet loss

Hi

For about a month I've been getting some packet loss which is making online gaming somewhat difficult. My broadband has been stable for years so I was wondering if someone from Virgin could take a look

Using pingplotter I've noticed the packet loss seems to be in the hop to

tclo-ic-3-ae0-0.network.virginmedia.net

Really sorry to hear about the problems you're having with your connection, it sounds frustrating. I've checked your connection and initial checks are coming back as normal. Do you typically test your wireless or hard-wired connection? Does Modem Mode make any difference at all?
