Over a year and still problems

broadband/wifi turning itself on and off,dropping speed,wifi restarting itself and poor connection.does anyone know if virgin will ever sort these problems out and offer me a free upgrade.over a year complaining and the money they must owe me

Thanks for taking the time to post on the community.

My apologies that you are still experiencing issues with your broadband connection.

I've run some tests on your account, the line and hub have come back as fine. There are no faults reported and the network segment is running stable.

With the wireless being intermittent, have you tried changing the wireless channel to improve the connection?

Have you completed a speed test through a wired connection to see what speeds you achieve?

Do you get the same issue if you were connected on a wired device?
