Had an engineer here last week to fix ongoing problems with the hub, keep losing connection multiple times a day, always slow etc.
Unfortunately I'm still having the same issues, even worse I would say now.
I can only conclude that my new equipment must be faulty as it hasn't worked properly since the week after I received it.
I was all set to cancel my virgin services and was only persuaded to stay by being sent this new Superhub3 and Virgin Tivo Box, but I can say that the internet is worse now than it was before I wanted to leave.
Why am I paying for a broadband service that I'm not receiving?
