my partner and I had changed the name details on our account using the web portal. Since I was paying the bills she thought it was a good idea to change to my name in the portal. The evening after this change (12+ hours) there is no internet connection with a flashing green arrow and blue tick on router as well as flashing green heart and c130 error on the TiVo. I've checked any errors on the router and it said not authenticated.
I have called tech support but logged it under the tv rather than broadband and then suddenly thought the only thing that has changed was a name change on the portal.
please would someone be able to confirm if this is coincidence or me being and idiot?
