New Hub 3.0 and now unable to connect to Plex


I've had a new Hub 3.0 and ever since I've had it I can't connect to my Plex apps. I've tried everything I can think of - Port forwarding, I've re-installed the Plex server and apps but whenever I try to connect to the server it can't find the server so tries to make an 'indirect' connection.

I've checked my firewall (Zone Alarm) settings but all the Plex entries seem to have permission. I can log into my sever on a web browser, but using the Plex app for android and iPad just doesn't work!

Has anyone else had this? I'm really stuck as to what is causing it.
