Not sure whats going on this eve but I'm getting massive packet loss on my connection.
I got a Superhub 3 but that turned into very intermittent loss of connection so put the Superhub 2 back in, I see they have fixed the port issue so might try getting the SH3 back in tomorrow, unless anyone thinks to wait longer , I know there is still an issue for gaming lag on SH3 but the wifi on the SH2 is so unreliable.
I'm sorry to read you are experiencing issues with your broadband connection.
On the evening you posted, there was a fault reported in your area which coincides with the times on the BQM graph. The fault has since been closed as resolved. Have you noticed any further issues or is the broadband working ok?
