Keep loosing connection on all devices

I dont know why its doing it but every so often the wifi just completely stops and cant even connect to it. This can happen more than once an hour and the only way to be able to connect to it again is to reset the router. The connection is fine while its up and is quick and then all of a sudden it would just stop working on all devices.  Both 2G and 5G stops working.

A lot of No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out

Could really do with some help on trying to resolve the matter!

Hi Steve2128, 

Thanks for letting us know about your issues with your connection dropping on all devices, I apologise for any troubles incurred.

I have tested things from here and I can see that there's a lot of time outs inside the Hubs logs and an engineer will need to attend in order to resolve this for you.
