Internet sporadically dropping, connection is slow during evenings.
I upgraded to 150mb from 100mb last month and ever since we did that, including upgrading the superb, the connection has been unreliable.
We get occasional dropouts. So the internet will stop working for a few minutes. Then it will come back up but going very slowly, especially in the evenings.
We've had two engineer visits but because the issue is intermittent they can't find anything. The cables look fine, the speed looks fine, everything looks fine until randomly between 7-10pm the connection dies on itself. It's just happened again.
At am at a loss. The hub isn't even doing anything to give me a clue. Just sits there with the poxy white bar of stability whilst the connection does nothing.
