Posted on here four weeks ago that we continually lose the connection for a few seconds, anytime of day and not all members of the family lose the connection at the same time. It comes back but constantly you lose where you are or the site you are on.
Engineer came out changed the hub and said all should be cured.
Nope hasn't worked, still losing the internet why?
Phoned VM plenty of times and just feel as a loyal customer of many years we are being fobbed off. We are told VM have the fastest speed but sadly loss of connection is no speed at all
