For the past 3 days but today in particular, our internet has been dropping out and all three lights on the Superhub 3 have been switching from solid green to flashing green at different stage. We've had the internet intermittently in that time but have now been unable to connect for the past 3 hours.
We have arranged an engineer to come out next Saturday (as that is the earliest time there will be someone in the house) but cannot possibly continue like this for the next week as one of us depends on the home internet for work.
I know the Superhub 3 is known to have issues, is there anything to be done?
Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your connection.
I've run diagnostics on your equipment and I can see an issue with your Downstream power levels that's likely causing the issue. Unfortunately, we'll need to wait for the technician to fix this as we can't adjust the levels from this end.
