Can someone from VM provide me updates for the above if possible? There’s no way for me to track it and all other methods say my area is fine. I got this from an engineer saying my area and another are having issues. All support channels don’t understand what I’m saying and keep trying to help me with WiFi, or tell me my internet is up.. or tell me to go to samknows when my internet is down.. 😅
Theres no proposed fix time as I know it so would be good if this is a multi day thing to know if anything changes!
