Have been calling Virgin's customer service number for 7 days now and we've had no help at all. All that seems to be provided is automated messages, why is it so difficult to speak to a human being that can help?!
These messages just keep saying there's work being done in the area hence why there's no connection, but this has been a week straight now.
No connection means we've only had 5 television channels working, our phone is working intermittently and we've had no Internet/wifi at all.
When paying nearly £90 a month for your services, I don't expect to go a week without the services that I'm paying for. On top of this, I've had to pay £25 for data so I can read my work emails, and browse the web for my job as I quite often work from home.
Not only is your service disappointing, your customer service is also appalling.
