Disconnections mounting up 40 per hour currently

I'm in the Leeds area and the number of disconnections has rocketed in the past few days. Phoned CS and did the standard dance with them despite my doubts. The 'fix' claimed didn't last 10 minutes till the disconnections resumed. Cannot see the point in calling back as they don't listen to what I'm saying - they've got a script and that's that.

What do I have to do to get a technical view on my problem?

I have a monitoring app running (ICM 1.411) pinging and/or every 15 seconds showing periods between several seconds to 15 minutes disconnection.

I've also got thinkbroadbands BQM running but cannot fathom quite what the graph means

Thanks for posting! I am sorry to hear about your issues with broadband connection disconnecting. I apologise for any troubles incurred.

I have tested the connection from here and I can see a number of time outs inside the Hubs logs. An engineer will be required to attend in order to resolve this for you. I will send you a PM (Purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required to proceed with making the booking. Please respond to me there and I'll get this sorted for you.
