I've been having problems with my broadband for the last couple of weeks - the "up/down" arrow (traffic LED I believe) on the modem is flashing green, the blue tick is flashing and then going off.
Looking at the stats on the modem, I'm seeing a lot of T3 timeouts, and the SNR seems a little off for upload.
It was down for 5 days, came up for 2, and now it's down again.
I've got an engineer booked, but was wondering if there is anything I can do aside from the obvious check coax, replace cables etc?
