DNS hijacking opt-out page is broken

I want to turn off the DNS hijacking that virgin does, but the settings page is broken. When I visit https://my.virginmedia.com/advancederrorsearch/ (linked from the http://advancedsearch2.virginmedia.com) I get the following error message (and it has been like that for several weeks):

Oops, something's broken
We're sorry this isn't the page you wanted.
This part of the site isn't working at the moment, but it'll be up and running again soon.
Other parts of the site might be working as normal, so try using the links below to help you find what you want.

Please help, I would like to disable this annoying "feature".
