I've never had problems with my Virgin broadband before but now it's terrible. The 5G has disappeared completely and 2G keeps dropping. I've had my hub for over a year, not sure what the problem is. Can anyone help?
Thanks for getting in touch to let us know that your 5G network has disappeared and your 2G network keeps dropping, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
I have tested things from here and everything looks great! No errors or time outs inside the Hubs logs and all of your power levels are within the preferred ranges.
Are you still having these issues? If so, have you tried changing the wireless channels to see if this helps improve performance?
Also, when the connection drops is there any notice-able change to the Hubs light sequence?
Could you also include a recent copy of your Hubs logs in your response for me to compare with the data we have here. You can find these by opening your internet browser and typing 192.168.0.1 into the address bar, before logging in it will say 'Router Status' in top right corner, click there and all information needed is inside.
