I've read on quite a few posts about the speed on area 20. I've had the same problems didn't even know I could get a refund for each month however I've rung to get one this month and was told it had been done but can't see any change on my account does anyone know how long it takes to show ? Also I've just had to sign a new contract as I moved (also getting a moving fee for moving one street) but the WiFi is getting worse by the day! I'm now on 3mbps sometimes 2 if it's peak time but paying for fibre50. When spoke to Virgin got told again that it will be at least May until it's solved . Help?!
