5g Connection

Been having problems with 5g on Superhub2.Signal keeps dropping out every few hours and i have to reboot router every couple of days.I did have an engineer booked last week but resest SH2 and it worked ok so cancelled engineer.However the problem is back again this week.It shows up when used on Android and IPhones/Pads and they have no wifi for a few hours till reboot router.

Thanks for taking the time to post on the community.

I'm sorry to read that you are having issues with the 5 GHz wireless network.

For my understanding, can you answer a few questions for me please : -

When the devices lose connection, does the light on the Super Hub still lit?

Do the devices show as still connected to the 5 GHz network with no internet access or is the network not found?

Have you tried to change the wireless channel to see if that improves the connection?
