upgrade mobile

Hi can someone please explain why existing customers (I've been a mobile customer for 6/8 yrs cant remember which its been that long), dont get any better deals than new customers? It seems virgin want lots of new sign ups but dont care about loyalty. I had a hurendous time with my previous phone (phone set on fire, blew up, refused another phone, offered a phone that was massively below what i was paying for etc). This contract I was offered a half price plan for an ok phone, but this time I'm being told to pay ridiculous amounts for a phone that has been out over 18 months, which is way dearer than other providers. On my account it says my contract has ended, so how do I end it? Thanks. Becki

Hi Becki,

it is sad that Virgin Mobile don't offer any loyalty incentive.

As you are now out of your contract period you just need to give the team a call on 789 and give notice if you wish to change provider.

Or to speak with the Cancelation team directly call 0345 183 1150
