new data plan

i'm wanting to upgrade my price plan, as ive seen unlimited calls, texts & 8gb data 

but all i can apply from my account is unlimited calls, texts & 5gb data so i was wondering as to why i cant select it myself ive tried ring customer services but no help  could someone help me please with a link si that when i sign in i could upgrade to it

Thanks for stopping by and posting.

 

As per our current Pay Monthly tariffs, I see you're referring to the £23 one. I'm so sorry you're not able to select this via your online account.

 

I'm not too sure what you mean when you say Customer Services were no help.

What was the outcome of the call? Did they say you were not eligible for the tariff?

You may have more luck speaking to our web chat team.
