I have just had a nice bill for £180 for 2 hr call to macau china. spoke with virgin who said will get engineer to check it out.
Advisor said if it checks out i will have to pay it??? Asked how they will let me know but he didnt or couldnt say, wondering if anyone else had this surprise. got feeling they are going to do nothing and try and charge me for it. Not paying until i get proof its from my phone.
