Ive have only been with Virgin Mobile since April 2016 and although Virgin offer good value I am a little perturbed as to why you offer fewer handset colour choices over your bigger rivals and handset choices such as HTC which I rate.This is not a criticism but an overview over other mobile phone companies.
Thanks for your post on the Community Forum. I can imagine your frustration that we don't currently offer your preferred handsets and we do take on board your feedback, as we're always looking to improve the way we do things.
At present there's no news to say this will change but that doesn't mean it may not happen in the future.
